How to delay Items Printing (Android)

When you need to delay items printing to prevent the Kitchen from preparing them too early.

Quick answer: Add an Item to the cart ​ ​ In the cart, swipe left on the item’s price. ​ ​ Then follow the steps below.

  1. Add an Item to the cart

  2. In the cart, swipe left on the item’s price.

  3. Tap Options.

  4. Select the delay duration (in minutes or hours) on the right-hand side

  5. Review the Printing Details to confirm when the item will print, then tap Done.

  6. Process the order as usual. The item will now print based on your selected delay.

Delayed items wait in Print Task until it is time to print. To see them, or print one now, tap the printer icon in the top bar and tap Print Task. See "Printer Settings (Android)".
