Gift cards and vouchers
About gift cards and vouchers: Vouchers and gift cards are made in the Loyalty Marketing module. A voucher is used in one transaction and can't be reloaded. A gift card can be used several times until its balance reaches $0.
Online gift cards: Sell gift cards online from Nomni Console: turn on Online Gift Cards, set denominations and the email template, then publish. Buyers can email the card to a recipient; it can be redeemed in-store straight away.
Manually generated gift cards, automated vouchers and triggered vouchers In short: A manual gift card is a physical card that's activated by scanning it at the counter when sold. First create a product in Nomni Console (Products > Add Product), tick Is Voucher under Price and add it to your POS menu.
Not scanning? Voucher or gift card not redeeming: Build the order on Point of Sale and tap Pay. Tap VOUCHER.
About gift cards and vouchers:
Log into your HQ account
Go to Loyalty Marketing > Vouchers and Gift Cards > Vouchers and Gift Cards
Refer to the Site column on the very right column to see where a voucher/gift card was purchased.

Which Nomni Console report should I use?: Pick the report from what you need: Sales Activity for sales over time, Tender Report for payment methods, Product Sales for item mix, and Register reports for a shift. Open Nomni Console > Reports and choose that report for your dates.
A diner says their rewards were declined at your venue
