Quick answer: In the top bar click POS , then in the left menu go to Roster Reports > Weekly Clocking Report . Move back or forward by week or month, or pick a date. Click Export to PDF to save it. Then follow the steps below.

What this is for

Roster reports show when staff actually worked compared with their rostered shifts, and what labour cost as a share of sales. Use them for payroll checks and to see if you're over- or under-staffed.

Before you start

  • Staff clock in and out on the POS, and shifts are rostered.

  • You're signed in to the Nomni Console at Nomni Console (app.abacus.co) with a login that can see this page. If it's missing from your menu, ask your account owner to check your role.

Weekly Clockings and Weekly Shifts

  1. In the top bar click POS, then in the left menu go to Roster Reports > Weekly Clocking Report.

  2. Move back or forward by week or month, or pick a date. Click Export to PDF to save it.

Summary Reports

  1. In the top bar click Rostering, then in the left menu go to Roster Reports > Summary Reports.

  2. The Weekly Summary Report shows Sales, Total Hours, Total Cost, Total Wage % and Total Sales for each day of the week and the WEEKLY TOTAL. You also see the Last 3 Months Average Sales Weekly Summary, and the Monthly Summary Report.

Tips

  • A wage percentage well above your target on quiet days is a sign to trim shifts.

  • Export to PDF for payroll records.

Common problems

  • Hours look too high

A staff member may not have clocked out. Fix the clocking, then re-run the report.

  • The report is empty

Check the date range and store filters, and that your POS has synced recently.
