How to go back to your previous look after a refresh in Nomni App and Studio

Undo a Refresh your look change, before or after publishing.

Quick answer: Before publishing, click Undo on the Refresh your look card in Styles. After publishing, click Go back to my previous look in Styles, then Yes, go back, and Publish.

Before you publish

  1. Open your page in Nomni App and Studio.

  2. Scroll down to Styles.

  3. On the Refresh your look card, click Undo.

What you should see: The message "Your previous look is back." and the preview shows your old look.

After you publish

  1. Open your page in Nomni App and Studio.

  2. Scroll down to Styles. Find the line that says the look went live on a date.

  3. Click Go back to my previous look.

  4. Read what will change, then click Yes, go back.

  5. Click Publish.

What you should see: The message "Your previous look is back in your draft. Publish to make it live." After you publish, your page shows your old look.

What comes back

  • Colours, fonts, borders and shadows.

  • Button, banner and tile styles.

  • Navigation bar and loyalty card design.

Anything else you've changed since, like new sections or photos, stays. Style changes you've made by hand since the refresh are replaced.

What if it doesn't work?

  • I don't see Go back to my previous look. The option shows for 30 days after the look went live. If you clicked the ✕ to hide the line, or it's been longer, contact us.

  • I see "We couldn't put your previous look back". Try again. If it keeps happening, contact us.
