Quick answer: In Studio, go to Styles and click Refresh your look. Pick a look, check it on the preview phone, choose what changes, then click Apply <look> to my draft and Publish when you're happy.
What this is for
Refresh your look puts one of our newer designs on your page, in your name, logo, photos and colours. Your sections, photos, text, links, locations and loyalty settings stay as they are. Nothing goes live until you publish.
Before you start
Sign in to Nomni App and Studio with your email and password.
If your page was set up a while ago, you may see a Refresh your look card with a NEW tag at the top of Styles. You can click Browse looks on it to start, or Not now to hide it.
Steps
Open your page in Nomni App and Studio.
Scroll down to Styles, then click Refresh your look in the Styles header. A dot on the button means new looks have been added.
Under Choose a look, click a look. The preview phone shows it on your own page, and the look is tagged On your preview.
Use the arrows (Previous look and Next look) above the preview to step through the looks.
To compare, press and hold the button that shows Your current look. Let go to see the new look again.
Optional: open Choose what changes. Turn off anything you want to keep as it is: Colours, Fonts, Buttons, banners and tiles, Navigation bar or Loyalty card design. All are on to start.
Click Apply <look> to my draft.
Check the preview, then click Publish.
What you should see: A Refresh your look card in Styles saying the look is in your draft, with Undo and Browse looks. After you publish, a line in Styles says the look went live on that date.
What if it doesn't work?
I don't see Refresh your look. There may be no looks available for your page yet. Contact us and we'll check.
I changed my mind before publishing. Click Undo on the Refresh your look card in Styles. Your previous look goes back into your draft.
I already published and want my old look back. Follow the steps under How to go back to your previous look, below.
Apply is greyed out. Pick a look and leave at least one item in Choose what changes turned on.
I see "We couldn't apply" a look. Try again. If it keeps happening, contact us.
How to go back to your previous look
For 30 days after a look goes live, Styles shows a line saying it went live on that date. Click Go back to my previous look, then Yes, go back, and click Publish. This brings back your old colours, fonts, borders, shadows, button, banner and tile styles, navigation bar and loyalty card design. New sections or photos you've added since stay. Style changes you made by hand since are replaced.
