Quick answer: On the Loyalty sign in block, choose Edit settings. Open Shape to set corners, borders and shadows, use Signed-out text under Content, and Badges under Colours.

Steps
Open your page in Nomni App and Studio.
On the Loyalty sign in block, choose Edit settings.
Open Shape. Set Card corners, Button corners, Tile corners and Border, pick the alignment, and switch Shadows and Fade Scan when signed out on or off.
Under Content, change the Signed-out text and the Join now and Log in button labels.
Under Colours, open Badges to set the Background, Border and Text of the lock and count badges on the tiles.
Under Preview as, check Signed out and Signed in, then click Publish.
What you should see: The header in the preview with your corners, borders and text.
What if it doesn't work?
Nothing changed. Anything left empty keeps the default look. Check you're on Variant 5.
My corner size didn't apply. Use a plain size, like 18px, or the theme option.
