Use your own account login link. Use the link Nomni sent you when your account was created. Bookmark it. A general login page won't find your account.
Reset your password with Forgot password on your login page. The reset email goes to the email on your user, so check spam and junk.
Locked out after too many attempts? Wait a few minutes and try again, or reset your password.
Multi-factor code not arriving, or a new phone? Another admin on your account can reset it for you. If there isn't one, contact us.
The person who set up the account has left? Contact us. We'll confirm you're authorised to manage the business's account, then help you regain access.
Cancelling or changing your plan
Contact Nomni for anything to do with billing, plan changes, upgrades, extra contacts or users, SMS, or cancellations. We manage your account directly.
