Quick answer: In Studio, go to Loyalty App & Rewards › Basic Setup › Sign-up Details and switch on Ask existing members too.
What this is for
When you make a detail required, people who already joined may not have given it. Ask existing members too asks them for any required details they're missing.
Steps
In Nomni App and Studio, Go to Loyalty App & Rewards and open the Basic Setup tab.
Scroll to Sign-up Details.
Make sure the details you need are switched on and ticked Required.
Switch on Ask existing members too.
What you should see: The switch is on. Existing members are asked for any required details they haven't given yet.
What if it doesn't work?
The switch is greyed out. Turn on the Enhanced Experience under Enable Features first.
Members aren't asked for email. Email confirmation for existing members needs Ask existing members too to be on.
Members aren't asked for an optional detail. Only required details are asked. Tick Required on that detail.
