What this is for
New members see a sheet that says Keep your card one tap away right after they join, with Add to Home Screen and Not now. It shows once on each device.
Before you start
Turn on the Enhanced Experience and Add to Home Screen under Enable Features.
Check your App Name and App Icon under App Settings. These show on the customer's home screen.
Steps
In Nomni App and Studio, Go to Loyalty App & Rewards and open the Basic Setup tab.
Scroll to App Settings.
Under When to show "Add to Home Screen", open the list and choose Once, right after sign-up.
What you should see: The list shows Once, right after sign-up. New members see the Keep your card one tap away sheet once, after they join.
What members see
On iPhone, the sheet shows the steps for Safari or Chrome. It also tells them they'll sign in once more when they open the app from the home screen.
On Android, some members can add it in one tap. Others see the steps.
What if it doesn't work?
The option is greyed out or missing. Turn on the Enhanced Experience and Add to Home Screen under Enable Features.
A member didn't see the sheet. It shows once per device, only right after sign-up. If they tapped Not now, it won't show again on that device.
I want it to show more often. Choose Default behavior or Show when only logged in instead.
